On top of its wide array of Japanese classic dishes, SENS Dining’s new menu now comes with novel specialty items and sets made for sharing, in equally photogenic options. Available in limited sets daily, Yagura Ketsuga Sushi Box premiered as Sens Dining’s ultimate expression of culinary creativity – the combination of the freshest fish and seafood, presented in an ancient fortress. There are also new Sushi Tacos, made of ebi senbei prawn crackers for taco shells, available in five flavours.
Alongside the new debuts, signature favourites continue to be a mainstay, including the Hokkaido Treasure Don, Kurobuta Pork Sukiyaki, Kurobuta Rosu Katsu, as well as their wide variety of Maki rolls and Sashimi.
