Sushi Tei’s seasonal autumn menu unveils 20 offerings that celebrate the best flavours of the season. For a limited time only, foodies will get to experience the taste and quality of three premium, top-notch produce– Sake Madai, Maruzen Craft Wagyu and Selecta Chestnut-fed Pork. The Sake Madai boasts a gorgeous red colour, pronounced freshness and velvety texture. It is bred exclusively for Sushi Tei and cannot be found even in Japan’s renowned fish markets, while the Selecta pigs grow up on a nutritious diet of cereals and Galician chestnuts.
Some dishes that you must try this Autumn include Chestnut Buta Yaki, Volcano A4 Wagyu Don, Sanshoku Hana Roll and more.
Sushi Tei’s Taste of Autumn menu will be available from now to 7 December 2021.
