6. Black Marble Launched a New Menu

Black Marble welcomes diners back with an all-new menu created by a new head chef. Joining the team is Chef Kenneth Loke, spearheading the team in a new gastronomical direction while still staying true to Chef Otto’s vision of fine farm-to-table grilled specialties.

The new menu focuses on winter ingredients and seasonal produce from Europe. Look forward to a medley of appetisers including the Compressed Watermelon & Prsociutto (S$16++), Egg Cassoulet (S$16++) and the Prawn and Chorizo Pil Pil (S$23++). Exciting new mains include Grilled Corn-fed Chicken Breast (S$32++) and the Barramundi with Eggplant Caponata (S$30++), alongside Black Marble’s best sellers – Grilled Grain-fed Black Angus Striploin (S$36++ for 200g).

Complete your meal with a sweet delight and a cocktail to end the perfect evening. Look forward to their newly curated cocktails such as the Black Martini (S$16++) or the refreshing Pink Fairy (S$16++).
