5. Ya Ge Launches New ‘Taste of Ya Ge’ Set Menu
The newly opened Ya Ge (雅阁) is extending dining opportunities with the launch of a new ‘Taste of Ya Ge’ menu featuring a selection of the restaurant’s signature dishes in one seating. The epicurean menu spans eight courses for four to five persons at S$268++ (U.P S$360++), making it perfect for casual get-togethers and gourmet occasions as well as for business meals.
Available daily from 11.30am to 10pm, the menu presents a sublime selection of the restaurant’s stand-out dishes. Diners can look forward to Chef Tse’s innovative interpretations of beloved Chinese dishes that marry the old and new, which include Chilled Hua Diao Chicken Rolls, Crispy Mini Pumpkin Pastry with Minced Chicken, Mushroom & Thyme, and Steamed Marble Goby with Supreme Soya Sauce.
