10. Hougang Rainbow Flat

The heartland neighbourhood of Hougang boasts one of the largest HDB residential areas in Singapore. We bet we know the most popular flat there – the iconic rainbow-adorned Block 316! The beautiful colours were painted on the block since the 1980s. We wonder how much apartment costs there…
