5. Lord Ryan’s Royal Celebration High Tea at Tippling Club
Tippling Club will be hosting a Royal High Tea with Lord Ryan’s Prohibition Gin, in honour of the late Queen Elizabeth II and as a royal welcome to the newly proclaimed King Charles III. Chef-Owner Ryan Clift has designed a five-course menu featuring some of the late Queen’s beloved dishes: Croque Monsieur, Roast Halibut and Gaelic Fillet Steak. The King’s ideal meal, is a Roast Rack of Lamb with porcini risotto.
Head Bartender Arathorn Grey will serve free-flowing gin cocktails using Lord Ryan’s Prohibition Gin. The newly designed bottle of gin exudes the aroma of ginger, South Australian citrus, green tea, cassia and deep nutmeg. From classic tipples to new creations, the six cocktails include Prince and Tonic, Royal Hawaiian and Lord Ryan’s Martini, King Charles Punch, Zaza and Queen Elizabeth.
Lord Ryan’s Royal Celebration High Tea (S$290++ per person) will happen on 8 October 2022 (Saturday), from 1pm to 3pm.
