7. Heart of Darkness Singapore’s New Food and Drink Menus
Heart of Darkness has expanded its menu with new tasty sharing plates, tapas, meat, tacos and a much more diverse drinks menu.
While the new additions blend regional Asian cuisine with American soul food. Subsequently, for starters try Bánh Bao Gà – Juicy minced chicken dumplings served with Thai sweet chilli sauce (S$14), Nachos with vegetarian chilli, house-made guacamole, sour cream and jalapenos (S$14, + $8 for Animal Style with pulled pork or smoked brisket). In the meantime, looking for something heartier, try the Darkness Rendang Wagyu Burger with miso butter, cheese sauce, cabbage slaw, rendang sauce, crispy bacon, egg and chips on a charcoal bun (S$26) or Char Siew Beef Short Ribs (S$38).
Furthermore, you must try their new cocktail such as Year of the Ox, with Remy Martin VSOP, beef broth and peaches bringing an earthy, beefy, flavourful twist to your palate (S$19++). Signature Heart of Darkness cocktails mix their own beers with light and fresh options like the Futile Logic with Hendrick’s Orbium Gin, fresh lemon, house-made mint syrup, Futile Purpose Cucumber Pilsner and salted sesame cucumber (S$19++).
