7. Sushi Tei’s Seasonal Menu
Sushi Tei’s newest seasonal menu entitled “Yuki Matsuri” features delights such as the unique Yuzu Buri and the premium Miyazaki Beef. The Yuzu Buri comes from the beautiful Iki Island in Nagasaki Prefecture. The Yuzu Buri will be showcased in dishes such as Yuzu Buri Carpaccio, and the Sashimi Moriawase “Yukimi” 4 Kinds, which comes complete with salmon, mekajiki and salmon roe as well.
Sushi Tei’s Yuki Matsuri menu will be available from now to 14 March 2023.
