6. New Bubble Tea Lava Cake from Shophouse by Shangri–La Hotel
Shangri-La Hotel, Singapore’s team of pastry chefs has created the coveted beverage in the form of a Bubble Tea Lava Cake. The cake takes indulging in bubble tea up a notch with the luscious mascarpone cheese chantilly cream which overflows from the top of the cake and drizzles down the sides when the protective sheet around the cake is removed, promising a photo-worthy and delicious experience.
Each cake comes with an additional serving of mascarpone cheese chantilly cream for you to take the dessert over the top.
The Bubble Tea Lava Cake is available in 3 sizes: 750 grams ($60 nett), 350 grams ($38 nett) and Mini size ($9 nett).
