3. National Heritage Board’s Children’s Season Singapore 2017

When: 27 May – 26 Jun

NHB’s annual Children’s Season Singapore returns in 2017, going beyond museums to encompass all aspects of art, culture, heritage and education.

One highlight this year is Join the Dots! at the National Museum of Singapore, where you can pick your favourite mode of traditional transport and embark on a trail to discover popular family hangouts and heritage enclaves from the 1970s and 1980s.

Look out also for Ghost Nets of the Ocean – Au Karem ira Lamar Lu at the Asian Civilisations Museum, a spectacular marine-themed exhibition. Spot the marine creatures made with ocean debris and recycled plastic materials, in a message that raises awareness on conservation and the dangers of ocean pollution.

Various venues, museums.com.sg/cs17 (live from 15 May).
