2. Surrey Hills Grocer Launches in Singapore
Surrey Hills Grocer, Singapore’s latest gourmet grocer, lifestyle and dining destination brings the best of Australian produce, products, cuisines and experiences to local consumers. Quaintly nestled at the D’Arena, Surrey Hills Grocer is also the first grocer in Singapore to offer a direct-to-boot service for a seamless and contactless shopping experience.
A majority of Surrey Hills Grocer products are Australian-made and -grown, with many of them being made available in Singapore for the first time. Some noteworthy exclusive brands include Rich Glen Olive Oil, Stonebarn Truffle, and Koko Black, an iconic premium Australian chocolate. Surrey Hills Grocer’s products and produce are shipped directly from farmers, growers and brands to the store. Apart from its Chilled & Fresh Produce section and Grocery Area, Surrey Hills Grocer also has a dedicated Winery featuring the best wines sourced from Australian vineyards.
A favourite spot at the grocer would be the Surrey Hills Café, an alfresco dining concept that pays homage to the authentic Australian brunch culture. The menu was designed in collaboration with an Australian Michelin-starred chef based in Singapore, who brought in his locality knowledge and special touch to the cuisines.
Surrey Hills Grocer is located at 511 upper Jurong Road, Singapore 638366.
