The appointment of French-Chinese-Creole Executive Chef David Thien in March 2020 ushers in a fresh perspective as he debuts an exploratory world of fine flavours, inspired by his adopted home of Singapore since 2007.
Corner House’s Executive Chef David Thien prepares dishes inspired by personal stories, thoughts and memories. The new menu continues to be organised by three, five and seven course sets ($78 to $218) for lunch, and five, seven and chef’s course ($168 to $268) for dinner. Guests are not told the dishes beforehand, and will be presented with chapters authored by chef, detailing stories accompanied by visuals that delve into each ingredient or concept.
