5. Marguerite Launches New Menus
Marguerite has launched a new selection of lunch and dinner menus in celebration of Spring. Expect a celebration of Pertuis Asparagus, Spring Peas, Morel Mushrooms, Gariguette Strawberries and a surprise appearance from Black Ants.
Highlights include a Dungeness Crab course and Pertuis Asparagus that is burnished on lychee Transitioning from mains to dessert, savour a course that marks both sweet and savoury. The first part; is a walnut macaron with gorgonzola dolce, fennel marmalade, apple and arugula. The second; is a fresh Apple, Chartreuse and Mint sorbet crowned with galangal and yoghurt espuma. In addition to an admirable list of fine wines, enjoy a non-alcoholic temperance beverage pairing of housemade clarified juices and fermented jun teas.
