From now till 6 November 2022, you can enjoy the time-limited seasonal Flavours of the Abalone menu featuring sumptuous abalones prepared in three mouth-watering renditions.
Meticulously prepared with finesse by the restaurant’s stellar team of chefs, these specialty dishes served in clay pots are brimming with delectable and plump 10-head abalones. Priding itself in sourcing top seasonal specialties, pristine seafood, and quality produce, Joyden Canton Kitchen is also known for serving up a slew of stellar signature dishes.
Look forward to Abalone and Seafood Rice in Superior Broth, a comforting and savory clay pot of fluffy jasmine rice immersed in a rich and flavourful seafood broth, Braised Chicken and Abalone with Ginger and Spring Onion, an unassuming but flavourful number with sauteed succulent chicken chunks and more.
