Off Day Beer Company collaborates with Lucali BYGB to brew a crisp pilsner that celebrates everything that both brands look forward to simple fun shared between friends and loved ones; no-nonsense, no-frills, yet really, really thoughtful in execution.
The collaboration beer is a 5.2% ABV, Pilsner-style beer finished with champagne yeast to provide dryness and acidity, using Nelson Sauvin hops from New Zealand to impart a bouquet of wine-like aromas. The easy-going and clean tasting profile of the beer marries well with the laidback culinary experience at Lucali BYGB.
If you look close enough, you will find Lucali BYGB’s slogan “I HANG ON EVERY WORD YOU SAY” within the colourful artwork. The Off Day x Lucali BYGB Beer will be available in 640ml for sharing, and served on draft at select craft beer bars islandwide.
