The Kishū Plum Shima-aji has good-quality fat, a chewy texture and a subtle sweetness. Its remarkable taste is owed to its special diet containing umezu extract. Another highlight is the Tochigi Wagyu, whose marbling is gorgeous. Only premium-grade beef from the Japanese black cows raised by the 200 designated producers in Tochigi Prefecture can earn the name of Tochigi Wagyu. The Kannonike Pork is a crossbreed of three different species. The pigs grow up in the beautiful, stress-free farms of Miyakonojo City, Miyazaki Prefecture. The fat in each slab of meat imparts incredible flavour and juiciness.
Some other dishes include Sashimi Moriawase “Wakayama”, Natsu Enoki Tempura Roll, A4 Tochigi Wagyu Don, Chasyu Yuzu Hiyashi Chuka and Kannonike Pork Shabu Shabu. Cap off with the refreshing Suika Sherbet!
