5. IPPUDO Umeshu Festival
Back for its third edition by popular demand, IPPUDO and spirit retailer Umeshuya have handpicked more than 30 types of umeshu that will complement IPPUDO’s sides. Some of which are newly launched. IPPUDO Umeshu Festival will feature the widest selection of umeshu labels from different prefectures, including some exclusive labels that previously were not available in Singapore before, all in one place.
For S$21.85++ per set, enjoy three types of umeshu light to heavy and sweet to sour, or a carefully balanced variety of all four profiles, and delicately paired with a platter of three IPPUDO’s signature sides. Additional glasses are available at a small fee of S$8++ each.
