Pâtisserie CLÉ releases a new line of sweet and savoury viennoiseries exclusive to its Paya Lebar cafe. Fans can expect creations like Strawberry Fields, a whimsical pastry dream of strawberry vanilla pastry cream and the savoury Onion & Potato Danish, an irresistible golden-brown delight with caramelised onions, roasted potatoes and cheese.
The highly-popular Orh Blanc Tart and other Pâtisserie CLÉ classics will still be available at Paya Lebar. Drop by on Saturday and Sunday for weekend-only specials like the White Mocha Tart, an elegant brunch-worthy offering with swirls of white chocolate and espresso cream.
