Alongside a talented bar team, Silvio has engineered a new beverage programme Caffe Fernet, including a robust cocktail menu consisting of 17 cocktails and 2 punch bowls.
Split across six time periods in a day with tongue-in-cheek categories like “Clear my schedule” and “It’s always 5pm in Italy”, highlights include the refreshing Monkey 47 gin based Sgroppino with Dopa Dopa Creamery lemon sorbet and the punchy, flavourful Hazelnut Manhattan.
