5. CÉ LA VI Sky High Brunch
CÉ LA VI is back with the island’s most lavish day party – Sky High Brunch at its Restaurant and SkyBar on Saturday, 19 November 2022. Overlooking Singapore’s stunning Strait and Bay, from 12 – 4 PM, the brunch is an adults-only soiree packed with groove-laden music and booze-soaked brunch debauchery.
Highlights include the brunch’s much acclaimed 4-hour bottomless flow of Champagne alongside a plethora of spirits and cocktails and CÉ LA VI’s signature contemporary Asian gastronomy. There are also live buffet stations carefully curated by Executive Chef Maksym Chukanov. Dishes range from pristinely shucked oysters, satays, and pandan waffles to Wagyu Beef Rolls and the finest seafood selections, such as Steamed Barramundi and Grilled Snapper with Green Mango Salad.
