4. CURE Nua Irish’s Summer Menu

Chef Andrew Walsh continues to excite our palates through his Irish heritage new menu. Some of the highlights include the Aged Duck Ham, featuring the Silverhill Farm Duck from County Monaghan, aged for two weeks, dried and brushed with Irish Gin, and smoked with juniper berries. Savour their tender and juicy Sanchoku A5 Beef Striploin served with Boxty Potato and Truffle where the beef is barbecued on binchotan and comes with an Irish whiskey pepper sauce and a dollop of crème fraiche. Another dish to look forward to is the Queen Scallop — wild-caught in the Irish sea waters, and lightly marinated with lemon juice, zest and sea salt.
