6. HEYTEA Unveils New VivoCity Store
Currently only located at ION Orchard, The Shoppes at Marina Bay Sands and Westgate, HEYTEA has brought about snaking long queues since it first opened in Singapore in November 2018. As the leading brand in creating new tea-drinking experiences, HEYTEA stores are known for their modern interior design. With each store, offering customers a visually-appealing environment for tea lovers.
The new VivoCity outlet is no exception with the first-ever convenience store concept in Singapore, a first of its kind in Singapore. Capturing VivoCity shoppers with its bright and bold orange and grey stripes across the store-front. The fun and quirky store concept beckons customers into the store and mirrors the functionality of a convenience store. Not just in design, but with the launch of the HEYTEA GO app, ordering your favourite HEYTEA drink is now more convenient too.
Prior to arriving at the store, you can skip the queue and log-on to the HEYTEA GO app to order in advance. The “Order On The Go” service, available at all stores, provides an estimated wait time and sends push notifications to notify customers when their drinks are ready for collection. Cashless payment options are also made available within the app for an enhanced and convenient HEYTEA experience.
