From now to 5 February 2022, the historic Long Bar celebrates the New Year with its first 2022 instalment of the popular Slingology series featuring the award-winning Native Bar. Continuing Long Bar’s proud tradition as the home of the iconic Singapore Sling.
Reset and refresh for the new year with the sweet yet tangy Garden Sling, crafted with Colombo Gin, roselle, pineapple, Thai basil and calamansi. Or imbibe the aromatic and fruity Melon, concocted with Colombo Gin, melon, Junmai sake and jasmine flower. The Pu-Err, created with Monkey Shoulder, pu-erh, Trigona honey and chrysanthemum, combines the earthiness and depth of pu-erh tea with whiskey and subtle floral notes, making for a surprisingly smooth tipple.
