The original Kam’s Roast Goose in Hong Kong is world-famous for earning the coveted one-Michelin star and retaining its title year on year. In January this year, the restaurant was once again awarded the prestigious title in The MICHELIN Guide Hong Kong Macau. This will be its eighth consecutive year from 2015 to 2022.
