The House of Suntory has released Hibiki Blossom Harmony, a whisky inspired by the Sakura flower of Japan, created through the delicate finishing of Japanese whiskies in Sakura casks.
The Sakura Blossom season in early spring has always been an occasion for celebration in Japan. Hibiki Blossom Harmony captures this joyful spirit by blending a rare selection of whiskies finished in Sakura wood casks with diverse matured malt and grain whiskies to create this particular Hibiki. Some people buy it for the taste, while some purchase it for collection purposes, whatever the reason is, buy it before they are off the shelves!
