Only available in February 2022, Janice Wong and Tryson Quek of 2am:dessertbar have paired up with bartender Bannie Kang of Sidedoor. The partnership aims to offer six hands dinner menu served alongside curated cocktail pairings at the intimate pocket bar, 50Fifty.
You can expect dishes such as Algae, a No.3 Iris Oyster paired with Clean Water, a light blend of The Macallan Sherry Oak 12Y and a delectable entrée featuring Ugly Duckling. It is a Confit Duck Rillette served with Duck Liver paired with a creamy concoction of Brugal Especial, Pineapple, Coconut, and Cream Clarified.
