2. Dian Xiao Er: Unwrapping the Essence of Tradition.
Dian Xiao Er marks the Dragon Boat Festival with the return of their signature glutinous rice dumplings, available at all outlets from now to 31 May 2025.
The Traditional Salty Pork Dumpling (S$8.10) is a classic combination of tender braised pork belly, chestnuts, and mushrooms enhanced by a salted egg yolk center. Their specialty, the Nyonya Pork Dumpling (S$8.10), features a unique aromatic spice blend infused into the pork belly.

3. Resorts World Sentosa’s Feng Shui Inn: An Elevated Pearl Rice Dumpling Experience.

Thye Moh Chan, a recipient of the National Heritage Board’s Steward of the Intangible Cultural Heritage Award, offers a delectable selection of handcrafted Teochew Bak Chang, prepared with time-honoured recipes and premium ingredients.
From now until May 2025, it will be available at select BreadTalk, Toast Box, and Thye Moh Chan stores and via delivery platforms. Their popular classics include the Teochew Double Delight Bak Chang, which uniquely combines savoury pork belly and homemade sweet tau sar; the umami-rich Teochew Salted Egg Bak Chang; and the aromatic Teochew Mushroom Chang (vegetarian).

5. Goodwood Park Hotel: A Symphony of New and Familiar Flavours
Goodwood Park Hotel introduces a refreshed array of handcrafted glutinous rice dumplings for the Dragon Boat Festival. From now to 28 May 2025, they are available for pre-ordered takeaway at The Deli and dine-in at Min Jiang and at Dempsey.
New offerings include the bold and umami-rich Dried Oyster & Pork Rice Dumpling (S$32 nett for 2 pcs takeaway/S$14.80++ each dine-in), featuring dried oysters, pork belly, chestnuts, mushrooms, yam, and salted egg yolk.
