While many will surely make a beeline for its D24 and ‘Mao Shan Wang’ snowskin mooncakes, Goodwood Park Hotel has introduced a collection that will surely garner a fan base based on looks only. New this year, the mooncakes in question are the pretty Blue Pea Flower with White Lotus Seed Paste and Melon Seeds, and the Almond Beancurd with Longan. Brushed with shades of indigo and white, the former is filled with white lotus seed paste and melon seeds, while the latter conceals longan bits-speckled almond beancurd paste within a red and white exterior. Also another newcomer is the Soursop Snowskin Mooncake that is filled with velvety calamansi puree and juicy pulp made from fresh soursops. The range is available until 24 September.
