Goodwood Park Hotel returns the Steamed ‘Kee Zhang’ with D24 Durian Dip, Classic Hokkien-style Dumpling and Hong Kong-style Dumpling with Homemade Soya Sauce.
Classic Hokkien-style Dumpling is an evergreen pick brimming with unctuous pork belly, shiitake mushrooms, chestnuts, dried shrimps, shallots, and salted egg yolk will please most palates, while Hong Kong-style Dumplings with Homemade Soya Sauce is a chockfull of ingredients such as roasted pork, roasted duck, shiitake mushrooms, sweet roasted chestnuts, dried scallops, mung beans and lotus seeds.
Their famous petite plain rice dumplings are best served warm with a rich and luscious D24 Durian dip, making them a delicious alternative to the usual savoury rice dumplings.
