This year, two new flavours that boast a medley of premium ingredients are introduced. The luxurious 5-Head Abalone with Karasumi & Iberico, Pork Rice Dumpling is one to impress. The indulgent combination of abalone, scallop, and succulent Iberico pork promises decadence in every bite. While the highly prized karasumi hints at savouriness akin to salted egg yolk.
Another unique creation is the Oolong Tea Smoked Roasted Irish Duck Rice Dumpling. It draws inspiration from the classic tea-smoked duck. Crowned as ‘The Wagyu of Duck’, the Irish duck is lightly smoked with premium imperial oolong tea for an oriental finish and melt-in-your-mouth texture before being poached for approximately six hours. It is then encased in layers of fragrant glutinous rice and preserved salted vegetables for a harmonious balance.
The highly raved White Pepper Crab Rice Dumpling is returning this year. Enjoy freshly ground white pepper that goes amazingly well with generous chunks of delicate crab meat and black-eyed peas.
