Explore aromatic creations, such as Les Berlingots, the signature pyramidal-shaped pasta parcels by three-Michelin-starred Chef Anne-Sophie Pic, filled with a delightful blend of nutty Comté, onion consommé, accompanied by squash, meadowsweet, and sobacha. The Wild Seabass, enriched with champagne sauce and crowned with premium Kristal caviar, pays homage to Chef’s father, Jacques Pic, who first conceptualized it in 1971. Conclude this splendidly intimate meal with the White Mille-feuille, the chef’s unique interpretation of the classic French dessert. It features a perfect white cube, with puff pastry layers interspersed with crème pâtissière, grapefruit, batak berry, and hibiscus, all encased within and crowned with light-as-air rose Chantilly.
