Indulge in a four-course menu featuring romantic flavors, where the freshest seafood and premium prime cuts come together to create a truly memorable night of romance. Commence the evening with a shared Seafood Platter, featuring a selection of Regal Irish oysters, Brown Crab with Oscietra Caviar, Blue-Fin Tuna Tataki with Uni, Carabinero Prawns, and New Caledonia Prawns, individual options of Pan-Seared Hokkaido Scallop or Oven-Roasted Australian Spatchcock and for the main course, choose from Burgundy Chicken Breast, Lamb Tallow Aged Alfonsino, or the Beef Duo of VUE’s best – the A5 ‘Kokuou’ Emperor Black Wagyu and Grilled USDA Black Angus Short Ribs. Conclude the evening on a sweet note with Pink Vacherin, a delicate creation of raspberry lychee adorned with a pink grapefruit spiral and strawberry meringue.
