From 1 to 31 December 2022, Executive Chef Marti Carlos and his team present a repertoire of festive plates for dine-in to mark the joyous holiday period with convivial feasting. Traditional Spanish Christmas classics of roasted meat and succulent seafood are the highlights at Restaurant Gaig in December. A returning favourite is the Stuffed Spring Chicken with Pork Belly, Truffle, and Nuts alongside other dishes such as Stuffed Squid Stew, Monkfish Tail with Salsa Verde and Clams and more. Seafood lovers should also give their Seafood Bisque a try.
