YUN NANS has created the Steam Pot Chicken Soup with Lily Bulb, especially for this Mother’s Day. Not only that, but it had also come up with a flower-themed menu of dishes — surprise your mother with edible flowers this year!

A signature dish of YUN NANS, the Steam Pot Chicken Soup uses only the special breed of black feet chickens and is brewed using a unique technique that does not require a single drop of water. For the new version, the lily bulb is added together during the steaming process. Taking around five years to grow, the flower is known to nourish the lungs and used to calm the spirit as well as promoting restful sleep. There are around 160 fresh petals float in each pot. The resulting soup is clear, imbued with the fragrance and delicate sweetness of the petals. The soup will be available from 1 to 9 May 2021, priced at S$33.90.
