The Valentine’s Day set menu, curated by Executive Chef Martí Carlos Martínez and team, will charm diners and their loved ones on the day that is dedicated to celebrating passion and romance.
Two main courses highlight the mesmerising flavours of Périgord black truffles. Fresh sole fish with black winter truffle is served with paprika, potato parmentier, and truffle sauce. Epicurean lovebirds will be enchanted by the venison tenderloin with Périgueux sauce. The rich pairing of venison and black truffle is complemented with hints of liquorice from bittersweet Valrhona Araguani Dark Chocolate 72% and textural joy from caramelised nuts.
