10. Saint Pierre
Indulge in a two Michelin-starred fine dining experience, complete with a spectacular waterfront view, this 14th of February with Saint Pierre’s six-course Valentine’s Day menu (S$388++ per person).
The luxurious menu showcases the likes of BLACK TRUFFLE with Hokkaido scallop and cauliflower, as well as N25 aged reserve CAVIAR plated with sakura masu and Jerusalem artichoke. Guests will also get to partake in MARRON, which comprises the Manjimup marron, turnip, and finger lime. STRAWBERRY ends the course with Tochigi strawberry, white chocolate and basil.
The Valentine’s Day menu is available on the 13 and 14 February 2021. Valentine’s Day reservations to be made via phone calls to +65 6438 0887 only. A non-refundable pre-payment of the menu price for all guests will be required to secure a reservation.
