Break the ice with plump Oyster To My Heart before Binding Love with a Peking Duck-inspired dish. The road to love continues with your Soulmate, represented with pan-seared scallops crowned with caviar, then share your feeling on a plate with Love, heart, a classic beef tartare blooming with shallots, mushrooms and edible flowers. Reminisce about summer trips together as Our Tender Moments arrive showcasing charcoal-grilled marbled wagyu rump cap and pan-seared barramundi fillet from local farm Kuhlbarra with clams and buttery dill cream.
As the night deepens, profess I Love You The “Malt” with the rich Love Chocolate Delice of crispy feuilletine and dark chocolate mousse, and sweeten the night with Malt Beer Ice-cream created in house with beer malt that LeVeL33 uses to brew their Blond Lager.
