2. Yun Nans (Chinese)

Chinese food may not be anything new in Singapore, but have you tried the comforting Yunnan cuisine? Indulge in some of its best at Yun Nans, the famous restaurant that has established its first outlet outside of China in our Jewel Changi Airport. Fresh ingredients harvested straight from the Yunnan highlands are combined with special cooking techniques, to produce dishes that are hearty as well as healthy. Our favourite dishes are the Steamed Pot Chicken Soup made with black feet chickens, and the Stir Fried Wild Porcini Mushroom with Dried Chillies.
