Opened in November 2012 by Executive Chef and Owner Gabriele Piegaia, Burlamacco Ristorante is a cosy and modern diner Italian diner. Bathed in earthy tones and ambient lights, the establishment beckons with its colourful Italian menu, paired with the classic Tuscan hospitality at the heart. Five years on, the restaurant still retains its friendliness and authenticity, with Chef Piegaia upping the ante with even more delectable Tuscan delights.

Big Raviolo with Ricotta Cheese and Egg Yolk in Sage Butter

Don’t let its humble appearance fool you. Like the linguine, the ricotta cheese in this dish is entirely made in-house. Served with parmesan on top with hot melted butter, we could already smell it as it made its way to our table. A single bite is all it took to have us sold on this rivetingly delicious raviolo.
