Ingredients

  • 30ml The Botanist Gin
  • 10ml Cointreau
  • 60ml Earl Grey
  • 15ml Cassis Liqueur
  • 1 dash Rose Water
  • 15ml Lemon Juice
  • 15ml Sugar Syrup
  • Garnished with Mint Leaves and Pomegranate Seeds

Directions

  1. Steep 2 barspoons of earl grey in 320ml of hot water
  2. Set aside to cool
  3. Put all the ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice, shake, and pour into a tall glass with ice
  4. Garnish with a spoonful of pomegranate seeds and mint leaves
  5. Serve with a straw
