Probably the most pork-centric of the lot, LeVeL33’s Pork Platter serves up a platter of pork proportions! The sumptuous platter is good for two, featuring croquettes made with shredded braised pork cheeks, Iberico pork glazed with a char siew sauce made from house-brewed craft beer, as well as, mini pork rotisseries with crispy pork crackling, and finished off with lager pickled cucumber & salad.
