Locally-born and bred Executive Chef Alex Phan of Porta has curated a 3-Course Uniquely Singapore Menu to commemorate the nation’s bicentennial milestone and its 54th birthday on 8 and 9 August. Paying homage to local culinary favourites with a creative mod-European twist (as is his signature fusion style) expect dishes like Truffle Rojak Salad, Black Pepper Crab Linguine, Char Siew Rib Eye Steak, as well as a gorgeous Bandung Parfait.
