Cocktail lovers, pay homage to the Bicentennial at Smoke & Mirrors this National Day period. Head Bartender Jorge A. Conde has rustled up the unique Rojak Milk Punch (S$22++) cocktail, made with the newly launched local Rojak Gin as a base; together with spiced pechuga, milk, citrics, ginger torch aroma, and served with peanuts. Or if nuts aren’t your thing, go for the cheekily-named Robbery At The Museum (S$22++), a twist on the Singapore Sling and featured on the new menu Illusion of Flavours. Heavy with cherry flavours, this cocktail consists of maraschino liqueur, cherry brand and house-made cherry bitters blend with gin, local herbs, fermented pineapple and a fizzy foam of aquafaba and soda water for a playful take on the local favourite.

The Rojak Milk Punch cocktail will be available as a special offer at Smoke & Mirrors until 31st of August.
