Every Saturday leading up to National Day (20 July, 27 July, 3 August), and on National Day itself (Friday, 9 August), MO BAR will be offering the Roaring City cocktail from its signature menu at a discounted price of S$20++ (U.P: S$24++), along with a complimentary welcome drink and lobster roll from 6 pm to 10 pm. A vibrant and refreshing tipple inspired by Singapore, Roaring City is a cocktail served on top of a colourful Peranakan tile and concocted with sparkling pineapple tapache, before being topped with vermouth jelly and a curry leaf garnish.
