This July, celebrate both Singapore Restaurant Month and Singapore Food Festival with these food-related activities.
Singapore Restaurant Month (1-30 Jul)
This month, 50 restaurants will be serving over 90 dishes crafted for the theme “Eat Healthy, Get More From Life”. Each dish has been approved by the Health Promotion Board and contains less than 500 calories or has at least 8% of whole grains.
Some exciting finds include the low-calorie nasi briyani (Malay mixed rice) from Zaffron Kitchen and Islamic Restaurant, and an eight-piece dim sum set from Shin Yeh that only has 108 calories.
