Oceans of Seafood Restaurant at Bukit Timah Turf Club recently invited us to view a carving demonstration.
They receive regular air shipments of their fish from Tsukiji Market in Japan to ensure the freshest fish. This morning they receive a 50 Kilo Blue Fin Tuna.
Chef Mizu-San is the head chef of Oceans of Seafood. With a simple knife he demonstrates how he can put away a large sized Tuna in about 3 minutes. Watch and learn.
