Fastest eater wins, in this exciting competition by Blue Lotus

Chili crab lovers have plenty to rejoice about. After the Chili Crab Bao Eating Competition, comes another Chilli Pomelo Crab Challenge.
Organised by Blue Lotus Chinese Eating House, this palate-tingling competition is not for the faint hearted.
In the month of August, diners can take up the challenge to finish a portion of Blue Lotus’s signature Chilli Pomelo Crab served with buns in the fastest time possible. To turn up the heat, various levels of spice will be made available.
Challenge your tastebuds with Level 10 spice
To enter the competition, participants must complete Level 10 Spice in under five minutes, finishing off all the crab (600gms), buns and gravy.
The name and timing of all participants will be added to the Blue Lotus Chilli Pomelo Crab Wall of Fame, with the top five contestants invited back to compete for the title of the Blue Lotus Chilli Pomelo Crab Conqueror in September.
Attractive prizes
All participants will be given a Blue Lotus Certificate of Completion and the top 3 earns the following:
1st Place: $500 Dining Voucher
2nd Place: $300 Dining Voucher
3rd Place: $100 Dining Voucher
Those who wish to try polishing off the chilli crab under five minutes for fun, can choose their own spice level (below Level 10), priced at $48 per portion.
If they are able to complete Level 10 under five minutes, their portion will be complimentary.
