4. Sol & Ora at 1-Altitude Coast
Sol & Ora evokes the Mediterranean like nothing else. From its perch on the rooftop of The Outpost Hotel on Sentosa, it brings the allure of the ‘Middle Sea’ and its unique coastal culture to its very doorstep. Enjoy food from different parts of the area like Italian house-made and hand-crafted pasta and risotto with highlights such as Seafood Fregola and Sardinian Porcetto. The French offerings are led by light seafood dishes inspired by the French Riviera, as well as the Brioche ‘Parker’ Loaf and Artichoke Brie gratin. Spanish flavors come alive with ‘La Bomba’ and Churros, along with tapas and other creations grilled to perfection on the Josper grill. In the Greek selection, vegetables and herbs take center stage, most notably with the Vegetable Moussaka and recipes steeped in history such as the classic Imam Bayildi.
