This culinary haven combines a delightful assortment of ingredients with rice in a pot, complemented by stone barbecue options and a selection of à la carte dishes. Sotbap, a customary Korean dish meaning ‘pot-rice’, receives a unique twist at Sagye. Diners can choose among three rice options: plain Japanese rice, five-grain rice, or Japanese rice combined with sweet potatoes and gingko nuts, presenting a sweeter and more nuanced flavor profile.
At Sagye, the signature menu spotlights Chicken and Pork Sotbap, while diners can indulge in premium selections like Beef Short Rib and Abalone. For a limited seasonal treat that harmonizes with the winter ambiance, Sagye presents Scallop and Octopus Sotbaps.
