6. Mashi No Mashi
Mashi No Mashi in Bugis should be on your radar if you’re a beef ramen enthusiast. This restaurant, brought to you by the Wagyumafia restaurant group, boasts the title of Singapore’s first 100% wagyu ramen experience. Led by Chef Hisato Hamada, Mashi No Mashi takes inspiration from his childhood memories, offering what they consider the ultimate comfort food – ramen, but with a luxurious twist.
Their menu showcases this wagyu focus. You can expect signature dishes like the Wagyu Tsukemen (S$30++), where diners dunk noodles into a rich, flavorful wagyu bone broth. Other options include wagyu-based broths for regular ramen bowls and even a wagyu take on the classic Chinese soup, Bak Kut Teh.
Mashi No Mashi is located at 124 Beach Rd, #01-04 Guoco Midtown, Singapore 189771.
